Shock Coffee will never share any information gathered with third parties except in cases where it is reasonable to assume implicit agreement or explicit consent has been given.
RETURN POLICY
Shock Coffee will accept the return of items that are within 3 months of purchase. We will only accept items which are damaged in transit, sent in error or short dated. To return items, customers MUST contact us prior to shipping items. We will complete and submit a return authorization form to customer. We will require the following information from customer to complete said form:
· Company/customer name or Account number
· Items to be returned
· Quantities
The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packages being returned, customer may also attach copy of the return authorization to the shipment. Customer will not receive credit for any items returned without a return authorization form or number.
We will not accept items if any of these conditions apply:
· Items that are not in their original packing.
· Items which have been used.
· Items must be resell able unless the items damaged in transit.
Please Note: Shock Coffee will not pay the cost of freight for any items being returned unless the items were sent damaged, shipped in error or short dated items.
